This policy explains how we handle information in connection with our website and the tools we use to run advertising on behalf of clients, including our Meta app "Elixr Ads Automation."What we collect. Our website does not collect personal information beyond what you choose to send us by email. Our Meta app accesses only the advertising accounts, Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts that businesses have explicitly shared with Elixr. It reads and manages ad campaigns, creative and performance reports for those accounts.How we use it. We use this information only to create, manage and report on advertising for the business that shared the account with us. We do not use it for any other purpose.Sharing. We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the client whose account it relates to, or where required by law.Retention. We keep advertising data only as long as needed to provide our services to the client, and delete it when the engagement ends or on request.Data deletion. To request deletion of any data we hold, email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
